Favorite thing about Lees-McRae....

I love how connected I feel to everyone on campus. It feels very tight knit and that’s what has allowed me to fourish as a student.

Favorite thing to do in the area...

I absolutely adore Elk River Falls. It’s about 20 minutes from campus and it is a great spot for my friends and I to go swimming when it is warm. It is also beautiful.

My advice to students searching for a college...

I would say explore all of your options. This time is for you to find where you think you’ll truly fit. Explore different areas of study, different class sizes, whatever you want until you find the place you can call home.

Why I chose Lees-McRae...

When I went on my campus visit, I remember people coming up to my tour guide and our group and saying hi. I was instantly met with warmth and friendship from not only the admissions staff, but from current students.
